Pricing questions
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade or update your payment details anytime from the billing page in your dashboard — changes take effect right away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like; you keep paid features until the end of your current billing period, then move to the Free plan. Your data stays put.
Is QR logging really free?
Yes — QR scan-to-log, checklists, schedules and public status pages are included on every plan, including Free. Paid plans add capacity (sites, members, areas), invoicing and exports.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
Nothing breaks. Existing sites, areas and logs keep working — you just can’t add more until you upgrade. The app shows exactly which limit you’ve reached.
Do cleaners count as team members?
Only if you invite them to the dashboard. Cleaners logging via QR posters don’t need accounts at all, so they don’t count against your member limit.
