Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Slewsoft ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the TidyTrack cleaning operations platform and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

TidyTrack is a cloud-based cleaning operations platform for in-house facilities teams and cleaning-service businesses. The Service includes:

• Site, area and team management
• QR code–based cleaning logs with checklists, accessible without a cleaner account
• Cleaning schedules with due and overdue tracking
• Public "last cleaned" status pages (optional, per area)
• Reports, compliance summaries and CSV exports (plan-dependent)
• Client records and invoicing tools (plan-dependent)

User accounts and registration

To manage a workspace you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. Authentication is provided via WorkOS. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account and workspace
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

QR cleaning logs can be submitted without an account by anyone with physical access to a poster. You are responsible for where your QR posters are displayed and may rotate any area's QR code at any time to invalidate it.

Acceptable use policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, fraudulent or malicious content
• Submit false or misleading cleaning logs with intent to deceive third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' workspaces
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including abuse of public QR endpoints
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Subscriptions and billing

Plans

We offer a Free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Pro and Business) with different limits and features, as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled.

Payment terms

• Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms
• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated or required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• We may suspend or downgrade service for non-payment

Plan limits and downgrades

Each plan includes limits (such as the number of sites, team members and areas). When you reach a limit, the Service will prevent creating additional resources until you upgrade. If you downgrade or your subscription lapses, your workspace moves to the Free plan: existing data is retained, but features and capacity above the Free plan's limits become inaccessible until you upgrade again.

Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

• You retain ownership of your business data, including cleaning logs and invoices
• We implement industry-standard security measures
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement
• You are responsible for ensuring your data — including cleaner names recorded in logs and any information on public status pages you enable — complies with applicable laws

Intellectual property

The Service and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Our rights include:

• All software, technology and platform components
• Trademarks, logos and brand elements
• Documentation, guides and checklist template libraries we provide

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, including printing QR posters generated by the Service for use at your sites.

Service availability and support

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided from Cloudflare's global network. We provide email support at support@tidytrack.com for all customers and ship regular updates and improvements.

Termination

Termination by you

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your workspace moves to the Free plan. You may also delete your account entirely.

Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Harmful or illegal activities
• Extended periods of inactivity on free workspaces (with reasonable notice)

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We do not warrant that cleaning logs are accurate; logs reflect what was submitted, and responsibility for verifying work performed remains with you
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
